How It Works

  • ​Any Medical Staffing Solutions employee may refer a new candidate.
  • The referral can directly contact us (make sure they give your name) or use this online form.
  • We will contact your referral and determine their eligibility, and contact you with our determination.
  • Once the colleague you referred successfully completes 468 billable hours, you will be eligible for $500.

Program Rules and Eligibility Requirements

  • All referrals must be a new contact and not already in the Medical Staffing Solution database.
  • Make sure Medical Staffing Solutions has your contact info so we know how to reach you with your bonus.
  • You will earn a bonus upon each professional you refer that completes a full 13-week assignment (minimum of 468 billable hours based on a 36-hour workweek, or 520 billable hours for a 40 hour work week). If the referred employee is working PRN, he or she must work a minimum of 468 hours to be eligible for the bonus.
  • Referred professionals must start an assignment within 6 months of the application date. If your referral takes an assignment but does not complete all 13 weeks within that year, they will have up to one year to come back and make up the remaining weeks, and you can still receive your referral bonus.
  • In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers.
