| Additional Information | Position Requirements • Start: 4/22/2013 • 26 weeks to 6 month contract • Day shift • Will be on call • Must have Acute and ER experience • Must have minimum of 3 years experience as a generalist in Lab with recent proficient phlebotomy experience • Must be able to work independently • Must have prior travel assignments • Required certifications: ASCP, AMT, or NCA
